Beach equipment shall be used for the sole purpose of leisure beach enjoyment. At the end of use, the equipment shall be returned in original condition. Beach Chairs are designed for maximum weight of 220 pounds (small chairs up to 170 pounds). The Customer shall be responsible for all the equipment during specified rental hours (11am - 7pm) and shall be responsible for any damage to the equipment during use. The Customer accepts responsibility for equipment and any damages and/or missing items beginning at 11am until 7pm. If the Customer wishes to leave before specified time, the Customer shall notify Easy Beach they are leaving early and wait for confirmation from easy beach that they can leave equipment. Easy Beach will ensure equipment is in good working order at delivery and will assess any damages and/or missing items after 7pm. If damages are found or items are missing The Customer will be responsible for additional payments.
The Customer shall be liable for all damage or injury to persons or property caused by any use of the equipment. The user shall be charged the cost of replacement of damaged equipment or for equipment not returned at the end of the use period, for a total up to $1,500.
The user will not remove the equipment from the beach area and/or take the equipment to another location.
The rental day will begin no later than 11am and will end no later than 7pm.
Acknowledgement of rental agreement is required to book.
If Customer is removed from beach by authorities it is the Customers Responsibility to call Easy Beach to arrange early pick up of equipment.

Easy Beach cannot guarantee location on the beach. Easy Beach is required by the City of South Haven to set up rentals in specific locations on each beach. Easy Beach will set up near the water or in the middle beach area' as requested.
